Fantails is referred to as “a peaceful and tranquil haven” in the town of Levin. It comprises a range of English style accommodation, set in two acres of well established Native trees and English style gardens. An abundance of native bird life
The accommodation includes Bed and Breakfast in the main house and separate self contained cottages, which sleeps 2 – 4 people. Two of the self contained cottages are situated next to the main house in Levin.
Fantails is an organic establishment and we grow our own fruit and vegetables which incorporates companion planting with certified organic food available for our guests . We have a successful worm farm and garden tours.
Our galleria has a selection of gifts and souvenirs to suit all tastes. These include NZ made products and arts and crafts.
Fantails will also arrange:
- organic breakfasts, afternoon teas and picnic baskets to suit any dietary need, eg vegetarian, vegan and special meals such as gluten and dairy free foods.
- qualified health professionals to come to your accommodation at Fantails such as a reflexologist, nail technician, masseur or beautician
- trips to local tourist attractions, which include white water rafting, horse trekking, bird watching and tramping. Golf courses are close by. Fantails can also arrange tours to suit your needs.
