Peka Peka Beach is a wonderful safe swimming and surfing beach, with great sunsets, where you can walk, surf, ride your horse, relax, or just listen to the ocean and the birds sing!
From our Chalet B&B you have direct access to the beach! The Chalet is a private, quiet, two room suite, which is detached from the main house. The bedroom has twin beds with cosy duvet covers, and the sitting room a pullout queen couch. Coffee and tea facilities are in the room and for breakfast we offer our German or FarmBrekkie or how you want it.
There is plenty of private and secure parking even for a camper van or a horse truck.
We speak German and lived and travel overseas for an extended time
We have two spoiled cats and a very friendly elderly German Sheppard. We also have a horse and we do cater for horses, as our beach is accessible to ride on all year round.
Kapiti Coast with its breathtaking beaches, views and sunsets offers many all year round activities and is only an hour’s car drive or a train/bus ride (which leaves ½ hourly) into Wellington. Among others, there are 5 Golf course including Paraparaumu Beach Golf, four x 4 driving adventures, kayaking and tubing in the Otaki Gorge, Nature Reserves, great bush or beach walks and horse riding. There is also a car and tram museum and Lindale Farm Park, or day trips to Kapiti Island.
